NVF Cup to kick off in Swakop

THE Namibia Volleyball Federation (NVF) Cup kicks off in Swakop this weekend when Namibia's top regional teams will battle it out for a place in the finals.

Bank Windhoek recently announced a N$80 000 sponsorship for the tournament which will see a total of 24 teams, consisting of the top two men and women's teams from each of the six regional volleyball associations in Namibia in action at the Dome. The teams will battle it out to try and secure one of six places, per league, in the second round of the Bank Windhoek NVF Cup, which will take place at Unam campus, Katima Mulilo on 16 September.
