PPP Act is like a marriage – Geingob

PRESIDENT Hage Geingob on Friday said the Public Private Partnership Act is a framework for a “marriage” between the public and private sectors, and will not become a tool for undue enrichment.

He said this while signing the Public Private Partnership Act, as well as the Appropriation, the Nature Conservation Amendment and the Biological and Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge acts into law on Friday.
