Woods to play at Riviera in February

Tiger Woods on Tuesday confirmed plans to play in February's Genesis Open in Los Angeles, returning to the tournament where he made his PGA Tour debut for the first time in 10 years.

Woods, who returned to golf earlier this month at the Hero World Challenge in the Bahamas after a 15-month injury layoff, said he was looking forward to the February 16-19 event at the Riviera Country Club in the affluent suburb of Pacific Palisades.

Woods' charity arm, TGR Live, is the host of the Genesis Open, which benefits the former world number one's Tiger Woods Foundation.
