Houses to be allocated by April 2017

The Corporate Marketing and Communication Officer of the Swakopmund Municipality today confirmed that about 6633 applicants will benefit from the Mass Housing Development Project.
At a Town Council meeting held last week Thursday it was revealed that houses built under the Mass Housing Development programme to become available to applicants from both the waiting list of the Namibian Housing Enterprise and the Mass Housing Development Project will be considered on a zebra style.
More than 2 000 houses is to be built in Swakopmund by April next year.
