3 dangerous prisoners escape, on the run

A total of three days after three dangerous men staged a successful prison break at Gobabis, the Namibian police made this fact known, and pleaded for assistance to trace them.

Friday afternoon, police spokesperson inspector Slogan Matheus informed the media that Bernardus Kariseb (36), Hermanus Goagoseb (also 36) and the 18-year-old Essegiel Vos have been on the run since last Tuesday.

Kariseb faces no less than three charges – two charges of housebreaking and theft, as well as a third charge of theft of a motor vehicle.
