Turkey's Erdogan proposes Syria 'no-fly zone' to US, Russia

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Monday he proposed setting up a no-fly zone in northern Syria to the US and Russia, after Ankara-backed fighters pushed the Islamic State group from the border area.
