Court charade lands ex-PS in the dock

A comedy of errors that played out in the Windhoek High Court three weeks ago led to the arrest of former National Assembly secretary Nama Goabab on two criminal charges this week. Following his arrest in Windhoek on Tuesday, Goabab (59) appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court on charges of perjury and defeating or obstructing the course of justice, or attempting to do so, yesterday.
