Another 15 Namibians will soon be arrested for possessing fake qualifications, purportedly obtained from colleges in Zimbabwe.

They are expected to be arrested in the next few weeks, and will then form part of the first group of 19 Namibians arrested in 2014 for possessing similar fake qualifications. Court documents made available to Nampa yesterday show that public prosecutor Tatelo Cuthbert Lusepani informed the court last Friday that there are 15 more suspects in the matter. Lusepani said this when he asked Windhoek magistrate Venatius Sebby Alweendo for a postponement of the case of the first group to 4 November this year in order to allow investigating officers to arrest these 15 suspects.
