Eurosceptic MEP Nigel Farage, a major driving force behind Britain's vote to leave the European Union, on Monday stepped down as leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP).
Farage told supporters that he's "done his bit" following the UK's referendum vote to leave the EU.
He said that the party was in a "pretty good place" and said he would not change his mind about quitting as he did in 2009 over party infighting and again in 2015 after failing to become an MP, but on both occasions decided to stay.
He insisted that "he won't be changing his mind again ".
