Multiple suicide bombings kill five in eastern Lebanon

At least five people have been killed in multiple suicide bombings early on Monday in eastern Lebanon near the border with Syria, officials said.
A series of explosions hit the predominantly Christian village of Al Qaa, with the Lebanese national news agency saying four suicide blasts struck at 10 minute intervals.
A security source confirmed to AFP that a bomb had exploded and then "more than one suicide bombers blew themselves [up]".
Georges Kettaneh, the general secretary of Lebanese Red Cross told the AFP that at least eight people were killed including three suicide bombers while 15 others were injured.
