Over 600 houses in the rural areas of Dâures constituency will have electricity provided by end of September this year.

The project, initiated by Erongo RED, was launced in 2013, with a cost of over N$11 million.

Sara Tina Xawes, Chief Executive Officer of Erongo RED yesterday appealed to the residents of Okombahe to use electricity sparingly.

She concluded the following: ‘’I’m really grateful of what erongo red has done today in Okombahe and I believe with the electricity my business will be functioning very well.’’
