11th National Mathematics Congress held in Swakop

The Ministry of Education Arts and Culture this week hosted a mathematics congress with more than 200 educational professionals attending at Namib High School in Swakopmund.

The 11th Mathematic Congress was to reflect on the achievement in mathematics, share challenges, and identify issues affecting mathematics and also pave way for successful implementation of mathematics programmes in the country.

Clemmentine Garises from the Ministry of Education Arts and Culture concluded the following: ‘’Annual mathematics congress is making progress in capacity building both inside and outside educators.’’
