Art After Dark art exhibition opens in Swakopmund

The Art After Dark Art Exhibition opened last night with more than 60 people attending the event at the COSDEF Arts & Craft Centre in Swakopmund.

The event was initiated by Saatchi & Saatchi Namibia as a means of creating a networking opportunity for the Swakopmund business community. Exhibiting artists included Jost Kirsten, Pierre van der Westhuizen, Michael Mansfield and Knut Huneke.

Saatchi & Saatchi is a global communications and advertising agency network with 140 offices in 76 countries.

Christine Visser of Saatchi & Saatchi Namibia concluded the following: ‘’For us as a creative agency at the coast we felt that the business community should mingle with the artist and share ideas and how they can get involve by promoting our local artist.’’
