Namib High School wins ACC poster competition in Erongo Region

Namib High School has been named the Erongo Regions overall winner in the Anti-Corruption Commission Poster Competition.

Altogether 64 gr 9 and 10 learners from 13 schools took part in the competition which aimed to get the youth involved in combating corruption. The winners were Setson Neumbo ,Douglas Smith and Nicole Philander. Prizes were valued at N$30 000 and included phone tablets, phones, vouchers and cash prizes.

Mr Amoonga from the Anti –Corruption Commission concluded the following: ‘’The main idea was to share information and build effective partnership with the learners in fighting against corruption and also to engage the youth as the key stakeholders.’’
