Employers receives training in Swakop

The Ministry of labor industrial relation and employment creation hosted a training session to designated employers in Swakopmund on the Namibian integrated system that started on Monday the 4th of April and is ending today.

as recorded over 100 employers from both Walvis Bay and Swakopmund attended this training session.

This system allows employers to upload available vacancies for potential job seekers. The training consists of vacancy management and how to keep track of the applications,the system is also based on the employers service act of Namibia.

Employers that do not comply with the employers services act will be fined.
