President Hage Geingob encourages youth

"Peace is the key to a prosperous future and the only war we should concern ourselves about is the war against poverty" said the President of Namibia at the inauguration of the National Youth Service training centre last week in Henties Bay.

Geingob added that some may say that peace is boring, but to those of us who have experienced it at first hand, the peace you know is better than the war you don’t know. He also concluded the following:

"Government has given you the opportunity to transform your lives through the training provided by the National Youth Service .It is now up to you to take this training as you embrace the power of personal achievement .Use the training to replace your youth wisdom, innocence with understanding and lack of purpose with self actualization."
