National Planning Commission has annual retreat

The Ministry of Economic Planning and National Planning Commission had an annual retreat that started last week Wednesday in Swakopmund. The mission is to plan, prioritise and direct national development through effective coordination, monitoring and evaluation by providing advisory services to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.

The deputy minister of National planning commission Lucia Ipumbu concluded the following:

‘’Many of the functions that we carry out might not look that big but they have a significant impact in the growth of the economy by realising its vision. Let’s take this platform to identify were we fail and see how we can improve’’.
