Two mega shopping malls for Walvis Bay

Walvis Bay is officially now the place where two mega shopping malls are simultaneously being developed right across the street from one another, and directly in competition to one another for anchor tenants.

Construction is currently under way at the entrance to Walvis Bay .

Projections show Walvis Bay's population to grow to 180 000 inhabitants in the course of the next ten to fifteen years, hence the need for shopping mall developments.
