New drop-off points for taxis

Taxi owners and operators reportedly held a peaceful demonstration at the Swakopmund municipal offices yesterday to demand more designated drop-off zones for taxi commuters around the town.

Apart from a taxi rank, they argued, not much has been done for drop-off points in other parts of the town.
