The new recycling plant at the landfill side in Swakopmund
The dream of Rent-A-Drum together with the Swakopmund Municipality to build a recycling plant for the Erongo Region, officially came true on the 4th September in Swakopmund.
The Recycling plant costed N$7 million and has 65 employees. With the new recycling campaign that was launched a month ago, Rent- A-Drum has already collected more than 25 000 kilograms of recyclables. Arandis, Walvisbay and Henties Bay will soon also be part of the recycling project.
