Tun sign agreement with Cosdef

The Teachers Union of Namibia signed an agreement with the Namibia Community Skills Development Foundation (Cosdef) on the 25th August in Swakopmund.

The main objective is representing the interest of educators and through this agreement the National Training Authority will ensure that instructors’ wellbeing is insured. ‘’What we do is making a contribution towards improving people’s livelihood through skills training, when we do negotiations is not for ourselves but for the trainers’’ concluded Jeremy Muller the Executive Manager of Cosdef.
