Spring school Kicks off with 500 Learners in Swakopmund

Spring school started yesterday with 500 grades 12 learners in the Erongo region at Swakopmund Secondary school.

Erongo region for the past years has been known as the region of excellence through the results of the end of the year examination nationally. Swakop Uranium has donated N$100 000,to make it possible for all the grade 12 Erongo egion learner’s to attend a 5 day spring school focusing on biology, mathematics and physical science subjects.

‘’As a nation we have to consistently endeavour to improve our academic performance as this will surely drive our standard of living upwards .It has been proven over the world that those countries taking care of their education systems has made tremendous strides economically and otherwise ‘’concluded Mrs /Gawises from the Erongo Region educational directorate.
