Day of Giving in Swakop

The Uhili Necessity Wellness trust together with volunteers from the Swakopmund community shared a meal with the Democratic Resettlement Community (DRC) on the 26 July.

The combination of the ‘Namibian Women in Entertainment’ and ‘The Day Of Giving’ happening in Windhoek on the 30 July, Swakopmund had its ‘Day Of Giving’ by putting a smile on the faces of the DRC residence. More than 20 little ones when to bed with a full stomach with the day ending in games when the volunteers visited ‘Tears Of Hope’ an orphanage home in Swakopmund.

‘’The ‘Woman In Entertainment’ came together with the objective of eradicating poverty and giving back to the community, nationwide, where they will be doing social responsibilities,’’ concluded Salimi Gebhard one of the organisers.
